At Ornavi, we want you to feel confident and excited every time you shop with us. All our jewelry items undergo strict quality checks before being shipped. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.


1. No Refund on Change of Mind

Please note:
We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind after receiving the product.

Jewelry is delicate and worn on the body, which makes returns unsafe and unsuitable for hygiene and quality reasons.


2. Returns & Exchanges (Only for Damaged or Wrong Product)

You are eligible for a return or exchange ONLY if:

✔ The product arrived damaged
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ Items are missing
✔ Parcel was tampered with before arrival

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.


3. Mandatory Requirements for Claim

To process your request, you MUST provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is sealed)

  • Photos of the damaged/wrong item

  • Your order number

  • Your full name & phone number

Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept any claims.


4. Conditions for Accepted Returns

Returned products must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all tags intact

  • Be in original packaging

If the item appears used or mishandled, the claim will be rejected.


5. Exchange / Replacement Process

Once approved:

✔ A replacement will be shipped free of cost.
✔ If the product is out of stock, you will receive Store Credit.
✔ Store credit can be used on any future purchase within 6 months

We do not offer monetary refunds.


6. Items Not Eligible

❌ Change of mind after receiving the product
❌ Items purchased during clearance or sale
❌ No unboxing video
❌ Damaged due to customer misuse
❌ Custom orders


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once processing or dispatch begins, cancellation is not possible.


8. Courier Handling & Delays

We use trusted logistics partners (Leopards / TCS / PostEx).
Delays or routing issues caused by the courier are not Under Ornavi’s control, but we will help track your parcel.

At Ornavi, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan.
Please read our shipping guidelines below.


1. Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan, including major and remote areas.

Our delivery partners include:

  • TCS

  • Leopards Courier

  • PostEx

  • Trax Logistics


2. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3–6 Working Days

(Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or in remote locations)

Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad (Major Cities): 3–4 days

Other Cities: 3–6 days

Villages & Remote Areas: 5–8 days


3. Shipping Fee

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 – Rs. 250 (depends on city)

  • Free Shipping Offer: (Optional—let me know if you want to activate this on your store)

COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may vary based on your courier partner.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available all across Pakistan.
Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery time.

If you refuse to accept a COD order without reason, your number may be blacklisted from future orders.


5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

  • 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday)

Orders placed on:

  • Sunday

  • Public holidays

…will be processed on the next working day.


6. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, your tracking ID will be sent to you via:

  • WhatsApp

  • SMS

  • Email (for prepaid orders)

You can track your order on the courier’s official website.


7. Wrong Address or Missing Information

If the customer provides:

  • Wrong address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • No response to courier attempts

…the parcel may be returned or delayed.
Re-delivery charges may apply.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Political events

  • Strikes

  • Courier operational issues

…are not the responsibility of Ornavi.
However, we assist with follow-ups wherever possible.


9. Damaged Parcels

If the parcel arrives open, damaged, or tampered:

  • DO NOT accept the delivery

  • Inform us immediately

  • Send photos or video of the issue

We will investigate and assist immediately.
